The BEST Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
– 1 pound of ground sausage

– 2 cups of baking mix

– 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup of milk

First, preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, and milk. Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but easy to form into balls.

Once the mixture is ready, start shaping it into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are evenly spaced apart. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
