Christmas Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls

Method / Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

  1. Measure out your Rice Krispies cereal and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Mix in the Sweetness

  1. Remove the butter and peanut butter mixture from heat.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until fully combined. The mixture should be slightly thick but smooth.

Step 3: Combine with Cereal

Step 4: Form the Balls

  1. Using your hands (or a small ice cream scoop), form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  2. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 5: Optional Chocolate Coating

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  2. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.

  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  2. Serve cold or at room temperature for a sweet, festive treat.
